Features

Provided for desiccation, torrefaction, wax-melting and sterilization in mining enterprises, laboratories and scientific research institutes.
Polished stainless-steel chamber, high-quality cold rolled steel coated shell  Uniform distribution of air temperature by Forced-air convection
Air circulation system consists of a fan and air duct to operate continuously under high temperature to ensure good temperature uniformity
Double walled chamber, inner made of stainless-steel sheets and outer made of heavy duty/cold rolled mild steel sheets duly finished in powder coating.
Inter space in between the walls is tightly packed with special grade glass wool.
Inner chamber accommodates perforated stainless-steel trays at adjustable heights.  Insulated double walled door in the front is provided with locking arrangements.
Heating is by Nichrome wire heaters evenly distributed on the three sides.
Temperature is indicated and controlled by precision thermostat within the operating range.
Built in control panel accommodating all electrical/electronic accessories is provided at the top/bottom of the chamber.
There is a 25mm instruction connection hole on the left side of the chamber for easy testing operation and temperature.

Independent temperature-limiting alarm system ensures experiments run safely. (option)

By microprocessor based digital controller & air circulation for better uniformity.  Supplied with S.S. wire mesh sieves.

HOT AIR OVEN (MEMMERT TYPE)

The oven is triple walled construction with mild steel sheets and sections.
A 3” layer of glass wool insulation will be provided in between the first two walls to minimize heat loss.
The oven bottom is suitably reinforced to take up heavy weight.
The interior of the oven is finished with heat resistant aluminum paint while the exterior is of hammer tone grey finish.
